South Loup Girls Win Team Title at C-8 District Track and South Loup Boys Finish Runner-up

South Loup was among the teams that competed at the C-8 district track and field championships at Southern Valley on Thursday. South Loup won the girls team title with 107 points and the South Loup boys were runner-up behind district champion Wood River.

The top two places in the individual running events and field events automatically qualified for the state championships next week in Omaha.  The winning teams in all relays automatically qualified for state. South Loup qualified the following for the state meet next week in Omaha.
