The Broken Bow boys golf team was among those that competed at the Holdrege Invitational on Tuesday. It was a tight team race as just seven shots separated the top five teams in the standings. Aurora was the team champion with a low team score of 336, Minden was second with a 338, and Holdrege was third with a 340. Broken Bow finished 8th in the team standings with a 367. The individual champion was Brycen Schwenka of Minden with a low round of 3 over par 75. Broken Bow was led by Jack White who finished 13th overall with a round of 85. Austin Fox finished in the top 30 with a round of 91. Other Broken Bow scores included Caedman Jensen a 94, Gavin Wright a 97, and Dakota Baum finished with a round of 100.
Broken Bow is scheduled to host the Bow Invite Friday at the Broken Bow Golf Club.
