Area athletes have been selected to participate in the Mr. and Miss Basketball Kearney All Star basketball games this summer.
MaKinley Tobey and Halle McCaslin of Broken Bow will play in the girls all star game and will suit up for the red team. Riley Marsh of Anselmo-Merna and Mikah O’Neill of SEM will play for the blue team.
In the boys game, Trey Connell and Cache Gracey of South Loup have been selected. The South Loup duo will suit up for the blue team along with Trey VanSlyke of Arcadia/Loup City. Monty Brooks-Fullmer of Cozad and Wryder Svoboda of Burwell will be among those playing for the red team.
The games will take place at UNK on June 2nd. The girls game is scheduled to tip at 6:30 followed by the boys game at 7:45.
