Nebraska High School Rodeo Makes Stops in Hyannis and Arthur

The Nebraska High School Rodeo season continued this past weekend with rodeo performances in Hyannis and Arthur.  Some of the area highlights from Saturday’s rodeo in Hyannis included Zachary Miller of Callaway winning the tie down roping in a winning time of 14.57 seconds.  Emmett Sortum of Taylor was runner up in the tie down roping on Saturday with a time of 14.84.  Dawson Doggett of Callaway was runner up in the steer wrestling on Saturday with a time of 10.66 seconds.  Haylea Miller of Merna tied for the second best score in the girls cutting on Saturday with a 72.  On Sunday, in Arthur, Gracie Pearson of Broken Bow tied for the top score in the girls cutting with a score of 73.
