The Broken Bow square, or possibly the municipal building if there is inclement weather, will be the site of a hamburger meal free will donation fundraiser tonight from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Organized in support of Chris Shelby to help with medical bills and travel expenses, a drive thru option for meals is also planned to be available. Those who can’t make it to tonight’s event can donate to a benefit account that has been set up at Nebraska State Bank.
In addition to donations to enjoy a meal, additional support can be given by buying raffle tickets for a couple of gun raffles. One winner will get a Thompson 1927A1 light weight .45 ACT deluxe carbine with poly wood stock, while another will win a Ruger American Gen II Predator 6.5 Creedmoor. Tickets are $20 each or six for $100 and a maximum of 225 tickets will be sold for each item.
Those with questions are encouraged to reach out to Julie Toline at 402-677-9323.
