On Thursday, September 10th, Seth W. Vose, age 34 of Arcadia, appeared in Custer County District Court where the Court was advised that a plea agreement had been reached in his case. According to the agreement, the defendant would plead guilty to the charge of 3rd offense DUI, aggravated, a Class IIIA felony. The State would then recommend that the defendant be deferred to the North Central Problem Solving Program. The Court accepted the defendant’s guilty plea and deferred sentencing until completion or termination of the problem solving program. In August, Vose had pleaded not guilty to the charge and a jury trial had been set for October.
