Throughout the summer and into the fall, KCNI/KBBN and several local sponsors have teamed up to salute LOCAL LEGENDS.. organizations, individuals, and businesses that represent the very best of what makes America special right here at home.
The promotion has come to a close, during which 60 nominations were received telling stories and giving examples of how each deserved to be put in the spotlight. A common theme was that these community members, teachers, first responders, and business owners are all people that don’t seek out recognition for the amazing things they do.
