Local Sports Calendar 1/22 – A/L vs South Loup on KBBN and Video / Broken Bow vs Gothenburg on KCNI

Broken Bow will travel to Gothenburg tonight for a girls and boys basketball doubleheader. The Broken Bow girls are now 11-5 after starting the season 1-3. Gothenburg girls are top ten ranked in the state in Class C1 with an 11-2 overall record. In the boys game, Broken Bow enters at 6-8 overall and Gothenburg is 11-2 this season. The Swedes are ranked this week in the Class C1 top ten by the Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World Herald. Tonight’s games will be broadcast on KCNI 96.3 FM / kcni1280.com / Free KCNI Pure Country App. The girls game is scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow.

Ansley/Litchfield will host South Loup tonight for a girls and boys basketball doubleheader in Ansley. Tonight’s games will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com. A live video stream of the games, accompanied by the radio call, will also be available through the Sandhills Express Facebook Page and Sandhills Express You Tube Channel. The girls varsity game is scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow.

Also on the local sports calendar today, the Broken Bow girls and boys wrestling teams will host Ord for a dual at the Broken Bow High School gymnasium. Matches are scheduled to start at 6:30.
