The Fort Kearny Conference has released its all conference volleyball selections for the 2025 season. It was an outstanding season for the conference with four teams winning a district championship and qualifying for the state volleyball tournament. Ansley/Litchfield was a district champion and qualified for state for the first time since 2016. SEM won a district championship and finished third at the Class D2 state tournament. Conference members Amherst and Overton faced each other for the D1 state championship with Amherst winning in a five set thriller.
Taryn Arbuthnot of SEM was an all conference first team selection. Arbuthnot finished with 563 kills for the season. Joining her on the all conference first team were Daisy Ryan and Gracen Hughes of Overton, Breckyn Veskerna, Sadie VanRanken and Libby Mitchell of Amherst, and Ella Ellsworth of Loomis.
Jacelyn Hoos of SEM and Kiera Bailey of Ansley/Litchfield were second team honorees. Hoos finished with 210 kills for the season and led SEM in assists with 355. Bailey led Ansley/Litchfield in kills this season with 244.
Caydence Feldman and Garittee Smith of Ansley/Litchfield both received third team honors. Feldman finished with 698 assists for the Lady Spartans this season and Smith led the team in digs with 489.
