Broken Bow, Arcadia/Loup City, Burwell, and Cozad will be among the teams competing today at the C-4 girls golf district championships at Indianhead golf course in Grand Island.
The first three teams and the first ten individual places plus ties in each district will qualify for the NSAA Championship, using medal play. Playoffs will be used in case of ties for the NSAA Championship ‘TEAM’ qualifying spots.
Other teams scheduled to compete at the C-4 district tournament today include Adams Central, Centura, Doniphan-Trumbull, Gibbon, GICC, Hi-Line, Holdrege, Kearney Catholic, Minden, Ravenna, St. Paul, and Wood River.
The Class C girls state golf championships are scheduled for October 13 and 14 at North Platte’s Lake Maloney Golf Club.
