The Broken Bow girls golf team competed at the Awarii Challenge girls golf invite on Thursday. Broken Bow tied with Ravenna for 4th in the team standings with a season best team score of 433. Minden was the team champion with a 354 team score followed by Adams Central in second with a 386. GICC was third with a 395. Broken Bow was led by Trinity Hurlburt who recorded a round of 100 which was 12th best on the day and just three shots outside the top ten. Tiana Hurlburt (personal best), Erin Taylor, and Emersyn Palmer each recorded a round of 111 and Caylee Cook (personal best) finished with a 114. The individual champion was KayLynn Jorgensen of Minden with a low round of 68.
