Broken Bow Hosts Unified Bowling Dual With Ogallala

The Broken Bow unified bowling team hosted Ogallala for a dual Thursday at Pleasure Lanes in Broken Bow.  This is the first year for Broken Bow in unified bowling.  Unified bowling is part of the Special Olympics unified sports program which is an inclusive activities program that combines an approximately equal number of special Olympics individuals with intellectual disabilities and individuals without intellectual disabilities on teams for competition and inclusive activities fostering an environment of social inclusion.

Ogallala won the dual with a total team pin count of 2079 and had the top single baker game score of 153.

The top single baker game score for Broken Bow was turned in by Taidum Bresley, Drew Ellis, and Braxtyn Eggleston with a 129.  Broken Bow’s total team pin count was 1714.
