The Fort Kearny and Twin Valley Conferences came together for their conference wrestling tournament on Wednesday. Ansley/Litchfield and SEM were among the teams that competed. Amherst was the team champion with 183 points. Franklin was runner up with 126.5 points and Hi-Line was a half point behind in third with 126 points. SEM placed in the top ten placing 7th in the final team standings. Among the area highlights, SEM’s Maddox Jones was champion at 170 lbs. Other top four finishes for the Mustangs included Clayton Scoville runner up at 113 lbs. Clark Padrnos was 3rd at 150 and Emanuel Guido Sanchez was 4th at 157. Isaac O’Brien of Ansley/Litchfield placed in the top four at 165 lbs. placing 3rd.

The tournament also featured a girls bracket. Franklin was the team champion and SEM placed 4th overall. Top area finishes included:
