KNOX COUNTY, NE (News Channel Nebraska) – Knox County residents faced a relentless assault from the Niobrara River this morning.
This incredible footage shows the Mormon Creek Bridge being completely washed away by the Niobrara. This was along Highway 12 just after the Spencer Dam failed.
Meanwhile, flood waters completely destroyed and washed away Nebraska Department of Transportation buildings and equipment.
All residents along the Niobrara River were urged to evacuate this morning.
