A UNL student was pronounced dead at a Lincoln hospital after he was found unconscious outside a campus dormitory.
The student’s name has not been released. He was found on the ground near Abel Hall by a campus employee just before 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, said Leslie Reed, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln spokeswoman.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue took the student to Bryan Medical Center, where he died, Reed said. Foul play is not suspected, she said.
UNL police are investigating the incident.
