YORK (WH News Service) – Construction is officially underway on a new housing project in York.
Governor Pete Ricketts was among the attendees of a ground-breaking ceremony for the York Creekside Apartments.
York’s City Council recently rezoned the land from commercial to residential…paving the way for 48 new housing units to eventually be built.
Funding for the project was opened up by the Rural Workforce Housing Investment Act…which passed the Legislature in 2017.
