PAPILLION, Neb. – A man is in jail facing multiple charges after a deadly shooting in Bellevue Sunday night.
Nicholas Sean Holliday, 25, was arrested by Bellevue Police and booked into Sarpy County Jail on Monday on suspicion of manslaughter.
Holliday is also accused of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and tampering with physical evidence.
Holliday is being held without bond. A hearing is scheduled for later Monday.
