Man arrested at Norfolk business after vehicle search yields meth

NORFOLK, Neb. — A probation search in Norfolk has led to the arrest of a 25-year-old Norfolk man on drug charges.

On Friday afternoon shortly before 4:00, Norfolk Police were called to a business in the 1300 block of Monroe Avenue to assist a Nebraska State Probation officer with a vehicle search.

The probation officer had searched the car of Devin N. Zollars and located methamphetamine and a scale in the vehicle.

Zollars was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
