LINCOLN – The University of Nebraska is preparing for its budget hearing before the Appropriations Committee on Monday. University President Hank Bounds sat down with News Channel Nebraska to discuss what is at stake and what it would mean if the University’s proposal wasn’t approved by the legislature.
