BEATRICE, NE – A U.S. Army officer stationed in Kuwait is wishing a happy Mother’s Day to his mom through a video.
Lt. Col. Steve Meints with Area Support Group Kuwait sent this video to News Channel Nebraska on Friday. NCN aired the video over the weekend on TV.
“I want to wish my mom, Lois Meints of Beatrice, Nebraska, a very happy Mother’s Day,” Meints said in the video. “I love you mom. Go big red!”
Meints says his mom watches NCN and listens to KWBE.
Meints is currently deployed at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
