14-year-old girl arrested in death of man who was found slain in house

A 14-year-old girl was arrested in connection with the death of a 48-year-old man who was found slain Saturday at a northeast Omaha house, police said Sunday.
A friend discovered Montrel Williams’ body about 10:30 a.m. Saturday at 3343 N. 41st St. The 14-year-old was booked at the Douglas County Youth Detention Center on suspicion of criminal homicide.
Police did not release the cause of Williams’ death. Williams is the third homicide victim in Omaha this year.
