Central Nebraska’s Sports Source presents live coverage of area high school volleyball tonight when Ansley/Litchfield hosts Anselmo-Merna, and Twin Loup for a triangular at Ansley. Ansley/Litchfield will look for their first win of the season. The Lady Spartans fell to Amherst and Elm Creek last week to start the season at the Elm Creek triangular and are coming off a tough 5 set loss to Shelton on Tuesday. Anselmo-Merna is 1-4 on the season after falling to both Mullen and South Loup Tuesday at the AM triangular. Twin Loup will be playing their first regular season matches of the season. The Lady Wolves were to start their season last week against Stuart but had the match postponed. Tonight’s matches will feature Ansley/Litchfield vs Twin Loup, Twin Loup vs. Anselmo-Merna, and Anselmo-Merna vs. Ansley/Litchfield. All three matches will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com with the opening match scheduled for 5 pm.
