The Broken Bow girls basketball team collected its 20th win of the season by holding off Ord Tuesday night 49-38. Bow trailed by one at the half but outscored 29-17 in the second half to secure the victory. The Lady Indians were led by Kya Scott who had a game high 19 points. Majesta Valasek also finished in double figures with 12. Bow is now 20-2 and will conclude its regular season on Friday night when they host Cozad. The Broken Bow boys made it a sweep on the night as they collected their third win of the season with a 52-41 win over Ord. Bow had three players finish in double figures led by Austin Harvey with 13, Morgan McMeen had 12 and Keagan Baxter 10.
In games broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM Tuesday night, the Arcadia/Loup City girls picked up their 11th win of the year with a 52-25 win over Ansley/Litchfield. The Lady Rebels were led in scoring by Nadia Van Slyke who had a game high 10 while the Lady Spartans were led by Karlee Stunkel who had a team high 7. The Arcadia/Loup City boys picked up their 12th win of the season as they held on to defeat Ansley/Litchfield 64-58. The Rebels got a game high 25 points from Caden Kusek while A/L was led by Caden Holm who finished with a team high 13.
