The Broken Bow boys golf team placed 2nd at the McCook Invite on Tuesday. North Platte claimed the team title with a 340 followed by Broken Bow with a 356 and McCook was third with a 361. Brady Esch of McCook shot the low round of the day with a 75. The Indians were led by Jared Kahnk who finished 4th with an 83. Griffin Wright also finished in the top ten placing 9th with an 86. Other Broken Bow scores included: Spencer Gaffney – 93, Josh Harvey – 94, and Sam Peterson – 96. Cozad and Gothenburg also competed at the tournament. The Haymakers finished 6th as a team and were led by Adam Cole who shot a team low 94. Gothenburg finished 9th in the team standings and were led by Jake Scherer who shot a 92.
