UPDATE: West Point Woman Found Safe After Going Missing Thursday Morning

WEST POINT - A woman has been found safe after briefly going missing Thursday morning. The Nebraska State Patrol says 60-year old Doris Tomasek has been located after officials say she left a West Point nursing home earlier today. No other information has been released. ***Earlier story is below*** Cuming County law enforcement officials are asking the public to be on the lookout for a woman missing from a West Point nursing home. The Nebraska State Patrol issued an Endangered Missing Advisory Thursday morning for 60-year old Doris Tomasek. Law enforcement officials say Tomasek is believe to have climbed out the window of her West Point nursing home. She was reported missing around 5 a.m. The State Patrol says Tomasek is 5'4", 180 lbs with black hair and is likely wearing a blue winter coat. The West Point Police Department believes that Tomasek could be in danger due to the current weather conditions.
