UPDATE: Texas Man Arrested Following Norfolk Accident

NORFOLK - Police say a Texas man driving well over the legal limit for alcohol caused a two-vehicle accident in Norfolk Sunday. Norfolk Police say 31-year John Villalobos was arrested Sunday evening. Witnesses told police that Villalobos ran a red light at the corner of 7th Street and Norfolk Avenue, crashing into another car driven by 18-year Bailey Wehner of Stanton. Police say a chemical test showed Villalobos' blood alcohol content was 2 1/2 times the legal limit. He was arrested for driving under the influence and is currently out on bond.
