NORFOLK- One victim was transported to the hospital after a 2-car collision on 4th and Pasewalk. Police and rescue officials were called out to the scene at around 12:30 P.M. A pickup truck collided with the SUV blocking the intersection. Police say all people involved suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
