COLUMBUS - A Columbus teen is charged with 3 felony drug distribution charges.
Tyler Weverka, 18, is charged with 3 class 2A felonies, for distributing a controlled substance, says court records. Weverka is alleged to have sold 8.19 grams of marijuana to an informant over three separate transactions, says court records.
A status hearing on the case was scheduled for Thursday morning.
A 2A felony carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison with no minimum sentence.
