Sydney Loofe memorial services set

NELIGH, Neb. – Memorial services for 24-year-old Sydney Loofe have been set.

A funeral for Loofe will be held on Monday, Dec. 11 at Grace Lutheran Church in Neligh.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, Dec. 10 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church.

The FBI confirmed Tuesday morning Loofe's body had likely been discovered on Monday afternoon in Clay County, Nebraska.

Loofe had been missing since Nov. 15.

Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister said that there is evidence of foul play, but the situation is still under investigation. He added he does not believe there is any outstanding threat to the public.

The time of an autopsy for Loofe has not been released.

The Chief of Police said it was analysis of digital evidence that led search crews to the area in Clay County.

Two persons of interest, Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell, are still being held at the Saline County Jail, after were taken into custody n Taney County, Missouri.

They both had outstanding warrants on charges unrelated to Loofe's case.
