The 2017 NSAA Volleyball State Championships begin Thursday (11/9) in Lincoln. The Mullen Lady Broncos will be among those competing for the Class D2 crown. Mullen will open play against the top seed Ewing Thursday night at Lincoln Northeast High School. Match time is scheduled for 7:30 pm. The match will be broadcast live on KBBN 95.3 FM and on kbbn.com. The winner of the Mullen / Ewing matchup will advance to the semifinals on Friday to play the winner of Humphrey St. Francis vs. Red Cloud. The other D2 matchups on Thursday include Elwood vs. Hyannis and Mead vs. Exeter-Milligan.
