FULLERTON - A Silver Creek man was found guilty of an amended child abuse charge in Nance County.
Court records say Chris Zelasney, 33, pled no contest, and was found guilty of committing child abuse, a class 3A felony. The charge was amended from 1st degree sexual assault, says court records.
The charge stems from an incident dating back to December of 2015, and sentencing is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on November 3rd, in Nance County District Court.
Class 3A felonies carry a maximum sentence of three years in prison and a minimum of no time.
