Rotary Club to Host Founder of GemsofMadagascar.org

BROKEN BOW–On April 11, the Broken Bow Area Rotary Club is hosting the founder of GemsOfMadagascar.org, Michelle Rahm, and and her Malagasy in-country representative, Dina Andriamanalina. They will share their experiences with Madagascar projects they’ve accomplished since Michelle’s last visit to Broken Bow in April of 2016.

Two years ago Michelle came to Broken Bow with a dream of helping the people of Madagascar live better lives. With the help of many, including some in Broken Bow, those dreams have become reality.

On April 11, they are visiting Broken Bow to share heart-warming stories, photos and videos capturing the amazing collaboration of villagers young and old working together for their dream of creating better lives for themselves. Michelle would like to extend her heartfelt thanks to the people of Broken Bow for being among the first to encourage her to follow her calling to work in Madagascar.

The event will be held by the Broken Bow Area Rotary Club in the boardroom of the Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center at 12:00 p.m. on April 11, 2018.
