Police Release Info on Incident at Columbus High

COLUMBUS - Columbus Police put out a press release regarding an incident they responded to at Columbus High School. Columbus Police say that at approximately 1:34 p.m. on Friday, they were called to CHS for a student who was being unruly. CPD say the school took precautionary measures to make sure the student did not come into contact with the rest of the student population at the school. The student was eventually removed from the school and was then cited and released to his mother, says CPD. Police also say there were no weapons involved in the incident.
