NORFOLK, NE (Eric McKay / News Channel Nebraska) – Norfolk City officials have confirmed that one person is missing after falling into the flood control levee this morning.
Rescue officials were called out around 4 AM to the intersection near First and Benjamin Avenue where a person and their vehicle had been swept away by the water. As of 8 AM they had not been located.
Rescue officials have been busy all morning with stranded vehicles.
