Old Settlers Picnic in Litchfield this Weekend

LITCHFIELD—Litchfield residents are getting down on the farm at this year’s Old Settlers Picnic! Residents and members of the Litchfield Community Club have been hard at work to put on yet another local town celebration.

Marvin Beck said he cannot remember a year without the Old Settlers Picnic and remembers being Superman in his first parade and now he rides with the American Legion. He and other club members appreciate everyone who helps make the weekend possible.

“It’s a year-long project. It’s not inexpensive to put one of these on and I’d like to thank everyone who contributed to have this event,” Beck said.
