NORFOLK - A Norfolk man now faces charges in two different counties after his arrest late Monday. Norfolk Police Captain Michael Bauer says 43-year old Salvador Uribe was arrested right around midnight. Officers had been called to the 300-block of West Prairie Avenue because Uribe had an active arrest warrant for a failure to appear out of Stanton County. Police say they searched Uribe following his arrest and found a baggie with methamphetamine inside of it. He faces drug possession charges in Madison County now in addition to his Stanton County warrant.
