The Food Bank for the Heartland Mobile Food Pantry will be in Mason City on Thursday, March 17 at the First Baptist Chuch located at 687 Prentiss St. Food will be distributed drive-thru style with no need for recipients to get out of their vehicles. All are welcome to receive food to help feed their families.
Distribution will take place from 3-5 PM or until all of the food is given away. As this is a drive-up service, food will be boxed up and ready to load in your vehicle when you arrive on location. Please stay in your vehicle. No documentation is needed and anyone is welcome to attend.
The mobile food pantry is a traveling food pantry that delivers food directly to families in need for a one-day distribution. The goal is to provide food where there is a high need but limited resources. The mobile food pantry is available free of charge.
