Meeting Cow Nutrient Requirements Workshop

NEWS RELEASE: University of Nebraska – Extension will be offering a workshop examining ways to address below average feed quality going into winter feeding. The program will help educate producers on nutrient requirements of different classes of livestock, nutrient qualities of current feed sources on hand, and nutrient qualities and costs of possible feed sources to help bridge any nutritional deficiencies in livestock diets. Additionally, feed rationing expertise and advice will be available to anyone who brings in a feed analysis from forage sampling.

The workshop fee is $15/person or take advantage of the “Ranch Discount” at $10/person if you come with 3 or more people.
