DAVID CITY, Neb. - A Lincoln man accused of secretly recording a nearly naked person four years ago is due in court next week in David City.
The felony case against 30-year-old Aaron Krough dates back to 2013.
Court records say Krough illegally recorded an individual without their consent while they were undressing in Butler County.
The complaint also says authorities and the victim were unaware of the the video until November of 2015.
If convicted Krough faces up to two years in prison.
