COLUMBUS - A man was arrested for several drug charges and his 2nd DUI on Wednesday.
Columbus Police say they were initially called at 1:03 p.m. for a report of a man falling asleep in a vehicle near 23rd Street and 18th Avenue. Police say they located the man, 40-year-old Valente Incarnacion, and arrested him for 2nd offense driving under the influence.
Police say they later found the controlled substance THC wax, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana in the vehicle. Possession of THC wax is a felony.
Encarnacion was jailed in Platte County.
