COLUMBUS - A man is facing three charges in Platte County after being accused of strangling a woman.
Felipe Erremayor-Nabalon, 40, is accused of strangling and assaulting a woman at an apartment in east Columbus, says court records. An arrest affidavit states that a neighbor told police, they saw an altercation take place between Erremayor and a woman on March 4th.
Police found the woman had several markings on her face and neck, that appeared to be caused from being hit in the face and strangled.
Erremayor is due for a first appearance on April 9th.
