Man Accused of 6 Felonies in Nance County

FULLERTON, Neb. - A man is charged with six felonies in two separate incidents in Nance County. 32-year-old Dale Allen is charged with terroristic threats and two counts of child abuse stemming from a July incident. Court records say he kicked a plastic tote into his child's rocker and then forcefully picked up another child and threatened their mother, before leaving with the baby. He shortly returned with the child and was later arrested. Allen got out of jail on August 6th, and was arrested the next day for felony burglary, stalking and violating a protection order w/ a prior conviction. Court documents say in that incident Allen broke into the same residence. When the woman returned home she saw Allen hiding and called police. Allen ran away before authorities got there, but he was arrested nearby a short time later. Nance County deputies say they found Allen's wallet, shoes and other personal belongings inside the residence. The woman, who has a protection order against Allen, told deputies he had been sending her messages on Snapchat as well. His next court appearance is set for January 5th in Nance County District court.
