NORFOLK - A Madison man is in jail after authorities say he stabbed another man in Norfolk.
Norfolk Police Capt. Don Miller says 34-year old James Kyriss was arrested just after midnight Friday.
Miller says a victim showed up to a house on N. 8th Street with multiple stab wounds. Police say the assault actually happened at a different residence a block over.
Officers identified Kyriss as a suspect and found him walking in the area. He was arrested and faces felony assault and weapon charges.
The victim is expected to survive.
