OMAHA — The National Weather Service in Omaha reports that visibilities in the Norfolk area are 1.25 miles as heavy snow falls across much of northeast Nebraska. Much of eastern Nebraska is in a Winter Weather Advisory until noon on Sunday.

Forecasters say the snow will become lighter through Sunday morning. Light snow
could linger Sunday afternoon and evening, but with only minor accumulations in that period.

The Nebraska Department of Transportation has several snow plows in the Norfolk and South Sioux City areas. See the live cameras on snow plows and their locations by clicking here.
