BROKEN BOW— Governor Pete Ricketts made a stop in Broken Bow on Wednesday, January 16 to meet with Broken Bow community leaders as well as business leaders. The luncheon was well attended at Adams Land and Cattle which was followed by a short media session.
Only local media were allowed in the session where questions focused around the new budget as well as the legislative session. Other topics that were discussed were property tax relief, Medicaid expansion, the effect tariffs have on Nebraska farmers and ranchers, as well as other questions pertaining to the governor’s final term in office.
