North Platte St. Pat’s defeated the Lady Indians in the home opener for Broken Bow Friday night. The Lady Irish were led by Abbi Allberry and Kaleigh Kummer. The two combined for 36 points to lead St. Pat’s to a 71-38 win. Broken Bow was led by Kate Fox who finished with 10 points while Kali Staples and Jory Lowe each finished with 9 points for the game. Broken Bow drops to 0-2 on the season.
The South Loup Lady Bobcats defeated Twin Loup 57-32 in the season opener for both. South Loup was led by Jessie Sallach who had a game high 23 points. The leading scorer for Twin Loup was Tiara Mauler who finished with 7 points.
