FULLERTON, Neb. - A Fullerton man and a teen boy are both accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Belgrade.
20-year-old Bryan Howser will next appear in Nance County district court in January on the charge of first degree sexual assault.
Court records say that Howser told authorities that he along with a juvenile, sexually assaulted the girl while in a backseat of a vehicle.
Documents say the victim told her mother that the sexual contact was unwanted and left her with bruises.
Howser is being held at the Platte County jail.
