COLUMBUS - Local residents waiting for foot golf to be available in Columbus won't have to wait much longer, with the course opening on Tuesday.
Those who would like to try out Foot Golf can play at Van Berg Golf Course in southwest Columbus, near Pawnee Park. Foot Golfers will schedule and play tee times like regular golfers, but will play towards man cover size holes, adjacent to the original golf greens.
Walk-on golfers are also welcome at Van Berg.
Foot Golf was approved by the municipal golf board, and the city council earlier this year.
