NORFOLK – An inaugural breakfast will be held in Norfolk to celebrate the life and vision of Martin Luther King Jr.
In partnership with Northeast Community College, the Mayor’s Diversity Council is holding the event at the Lifelong Learning Center in Norfolk on Monday morning.
