Most of the criminal cases scheduled in District Court for October 5 have been continued, including those of Sean E. Newman, Ryder L. Baker, Dillon J. Olson, and Kevin Williams. A bench warrant was issued for Tausha D. Gray, 30, of Merna who did not appear on Thursday.
Danielle E. Blake, 30, of Anselmo appeared for a hearing due to allegedly violating probation. She is currently in custody for failing to appear in court on September 21. Judge Karin Noakes appointed Blake a public defender and set bond at $10,000 with a 10% privilege. Blake is scheduled to appear back in court on October 19.
Judge Noakes told attorney James Duncan that the case needs to “get moving” but the progression schedule was modified for the case of Michael Christensen vs. Beverly Sherbeck vs. Broken Bow Public Schools. Pretrial motions will be accepted by December 22 with the next court date on January 25.
